Alright folks,
Croft weekend is only a week away, and I'm sure everyone is looking forward to the Madness already.
Everyone has different plans for the Friday, so I'm not sure if a convoy will work, but in previous years we have left around 4, but a couple of years ago we had 2 convoys; early AND late afternoon.
What's everyone's thoughts???
Personally, my lot can't leave til 4-4:30pm as the schools don't finish til half 3.

I'm off Friday as i've a docs app in morning so was going to leave my bit about 12ish as I said to Keith.

There was chat of the beard & me leaving early 
with paul barbour round about 12 but this is probably never gonna happen but aslong as we get all the polishing done it may be possible
