going to be restoring my s1 turbo over the summer

went and collected it today 8-)

cant wait to get stuck in

as stu says amazing what a wash can do to it , sometime that mould and tree sap actually proserves them too

does,nt look that bad all cleaned of will keep an eye on this thread

it looks alot better in the pic than it actually is, but its not too bad
better nick than my mk1 xr2 was before it got restored :D

not sure how long its been lying for, at least 10 years
dvla check says it was last taxed in 1988 :o
but it came from nothern ireland then too so must be a mixup somwhere

rs200boy- its on s1 turbo forum already, under my mk3 rwd rebuild thread

and it is another escort beside it, bought that one too :lol:

will be at the mk1 meet in may :wink:

sold the black xr for £200 on saturday

sold the white one for £180 a few weeks ago and gave the fella the red one free with it

I had my fun with them so wasnt bothered what they sold for could have got more :thumbup:
