my focus is over boosting, its starting to boost a 2000 rpm then going straight to over boost
any ideas why?

Are you certain there is no splits on the vac lines? Try replacing them and see if it helps?

I changed the vacuum hoses and played about with the boost controller, it's stopped over boosting but from 1st to 4th gear it's boosting just over 1 bar but in 5th it's only boosting at 0.5 bar :/
