My mate is running t3 turbo on his ek9 civic and jst realised it is pumped whos best too refurb it or any one got a spare good one lying around for sale ?

i noticed a place a couple of weeks ago in shawlands called the turbo guy dont know if hes any good but can get the number for you when i pass tomorrow

Stevie do yourself a favour and avoid that half wit Turboguy.

Spot on if you want a run of the mill diesel turbo but you show him a T3 and the fooker will be lost. I know him personally and he's generally full of sh#t I also asked him if he could reckon my T3 but he made the excuse that he didn't have the proper fitment for a T3 to attach it too the balancing machine but I could tell by the look on his face that he didn't have a clue.

Like boeb said you could try Mr Mackie or try and find a cheap second hand one but if you want something new I'd go all the way and buy a turbotechnics number for £500/600 as you know it's not going to break too easy.
