this is my 3 door twin turbo that some of you will have seen before and that i almost let die.

how she looked when i used her every day and on track.









what i found when i put her of the road after 4 years of hard use. whole front end rotten









new ford front end had to go on







inner sill repaired



outer sill fitted



twin turbo lump that was removed



how she sits in my garage today, looking sorry for herself.


just couldn't bring myself to cut her up for bits.

so to the track she will go. lots of work still to do. will have to sorce some parts i've let go as well

will keep you posted on progress. lots of long nights a head.

don't know if she will be rwd. its all converted to xr4x4 to match the engine. still didn't stop me going side ways when she was on track.

the twin turbo going back into it? what sorta power do they make?

Yep the v6 is goin in. It only made around 250bhp. But lots of torque so no need 2 rev hard. Will be on the look out for a cheep spaire engine 2 build up for more power.

150 bhp is more than enough in a light car, don't forget the sierra is a heavy old beast with the 4x4 system on her.

rspaul is coming through on wednesday (if he finds his keys, have you looked in your tent mate ), to give a wee hand, so gona get her dragged out into the day light have a wee look and write a list of bits still to be done. strip the last bit of interior out.
