Got a wee bit more motivation at meet night again. Alistair put 2 tenners on that it won't make kames. So thats 4 tenners on it in total. :eek:

Got a big job done today. First must say thanks to Andy for dropping off the engine crane & Alan for his help yet agin today. :cheers:

Took the engine from here.

After a A LOT of swearing got it out. :mad:

Now in its new home. :biggrin:

Looks right at home. Even if I do say so myself. 8-)

Bit more done tonight. Got the gearbox and diff fitted. Just a wee mod needed to the gearbox mount.

Then spent a wee 10 mins fitting intercooler & rad. Also fitted most of the pipes & header tank. Looks a bit more like an engine bay now.

Wee pick just for Alan. Thanks again mate.

Exhaust down pipe fitted. With nice new lamda boss welded in. Thanks again Dalsy.

Hope to have the loom in and the rest of the exhaust fitted this weekend. If a couple of bits arrive :pray:

Need to change over the rear hubs. Noticed today that the cossie 4x4 brakes don't fit the xr4x4 rear hubs.

Rear hubs changed over, brakes & driveshafts fitted, also modified the rest of the exhaust and got it fitted. Hope to have the loom sorted and fitted tomorrow.
